Who We Are

Perfection Guaranteed

Maple-Crete Inc. was established in 1994 by Salvatore Forgione, Lorenzo Antonini and Angelo Spano after working together in the paving and road building industry for several years with another paving company. They rented a small office unit in the Concord area and started with a small asphalt patching crew, two dump trucks, a skid steer, a couple of rollers, and much ambition. Their hands-on approach to every project gained them a strong reputation of quality and allowed them to grow the business by providing a wider variety of services. A few years later, they added a grading crew and a concrete crew to service their client's needs and independently tackle complete road and parking lot constructions. At the same time, Maple Crete Inc. began competing in the municipal and government sectors for road reconstruction and repair contracts, allowing the company to grow and handle larger-scale projects.

The company's growth led to the owners deciding to build their own office and shop at 220 Basaltic Road in Vaughan in 1997. This allowed them to maintain better and organize their growing equipment fleet and set down permanent roots to continue to service their growing clientele and is where we are still located today.

Maple-Crete Inc. services its own fleet of paving, concrete, and excavating equipment as well as dump trucks, trailers, and service vehicles to ensure that our equipment is maintained to our stringent standards. Our workforce is trained in load security and updated CVOR rules and regulation refresher courses annually to make sure we follow Ministry guidelines for vehicle checks and safety daily.

Today, Maple-Crete Inc. is a full-service general contractor providing clients with concrete, grading, sewer & water-main, excavation, emergency repair work, winter maintenance, line painting, and project management services. Our management team is hands-on for every project, from estimating to completing a project, no matter how big or small.
